The mentoring phase of the Blockchain for Startups – UDBHAV program has been successfully completed for the startups onboarded under the IIML EIC – Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology (CoE-BT) at IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC).
Over the course of multiple one-on-one mentoring sessions, the program's Knowledge Partner, Kerala Blockchain Academy (KBA), worked closely with each startup to provide tailored guidance aligned with their technology vision, product roadmap, and business objectives.
The sessions enabled founders to gain valuable insights into strengthening their blockchain solutions through expert feedback, technical validation, and strategic discussions. Key focus areas included:
- Refining blockchain-based product architectures
- Evaluating technology choices for scalability and interoperability
- Addressing implementation challenges and solution design
- Exploring industry use cases and market readiness
- Aligning innovation with real-world business applications
