Financial Readiness Bootcamp

IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), in collaboration with Katrela Ventures, successfully conducted a 3-Day Intensive Financial Readiness Bootcamp from 9–12 May 2026, equipping startups with the knowledge, tools, and practical frameworks required to strengthen their financial foundations and enhance investor readiness.

The bootcamp commenced with two virtual sessions held on 9 May and 11 May, followed by an in-person session on 12 May at the IIML EIC Noida Campus, offering participants a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

The program covered key aspects of financial readiness, including:

• Cash Flow Management and Financial Planning

• Financial Projections and Unit Economics

• Due Diligence and Investor Readiness

• Pitch Deck and Financial Dashboard Development

• Business Model Validation and Fundraising Readiness

A key highlight of the bootcamp was an exclusive session led by a Google AI Mentor, where participants explored practical applications of Artificial Intelligence, emerging industry trends, and opportunities to leverage AI for business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

The bootcamp brought together aspiring and growth-stage founders, providing them with practical insights, expert mentorship, and actionable strategies to strengthen their financial preparedness, refine their fundraising approach, and build resilient, scalable businesses.
